Explore how it works
Try it yourself ↓A clearer brief makes a better starting point.
Fill the gaps in an idea, approve the brief, and inspect four example planning outputs.
Still needed: who it is for, a useful outcome.
The next step stays closed while the brief is incomplete.
A deterministic model of the clarification and approval workflow. The sample outputs are templates, not responses from Cocoly’s agents.
The challenge
An initial product idea usually leaves decisions unresolved. Cocoly explores how an assistant can first identify those gaps, then turn an agreed direction into useful planning material.
How I built it
Clarify before generating
The workflow evaluates an idea's completeness and asks for missing context before generating a plan for review and approval.
Give each agent a clear job
Four specialized agents produce a technology stack, software requirements, work items, and Mermaid architecture diagrams from the approved direction.
Keep the work inspectable
The React and FastAPI workspace streams progress, supports editable diagrams, and retains artifact versions so that generated material can be reviewed and revised.
What came out of it
A full-stack planning assistant connecting clarification, approval, specialized agents, and editable outputs in one workflow.
