The challenge
Building a company creates a stream of decisions, milestones, and unanswered questions. Together with Emprendimiento Tec and SwiftTec, I worked on a product that helps founders preserve that context and connect it to their goals.
How I built it
Start with a native foundation
I engineered the iOS app with Swift and SwiftUI, using SwiftData to keep the founder's information persistent locally.
Connect reflection and evidence
The product brought entrepreneurial journaling, KPI tracking, and strategic-goal analysis into one experience. I developed advisory features by fine-tuning an LLM on academic research.
Build with founders
I led collaboration across engineering and business strategy and tested the product with incubator startups to assess its fit with their work.
What came out of it
A collaborative product initiative with Emprendimiento Tec and SwiftTec, developed and beta-tested with incubator startups. The project brought native app engineering together with research-based business guidance.
